7.3 Reflection Blog: Communicating In your Organization

Communicating In Your Organization

Lack of boundaries invites a lack of respect. During the decade years,  the thought of working across boundaries has become a widespread awareness. The necessary evidence is that individuals and organizations need to navigate boundaries to accomplish their goals. Fundamentally earlier concepts of fixed organizational differentiation no longer apply in modern-day business perception.  The idea of boundaries within organizations takes on distinct forms and procedures.

However, much of this has to do with the community and information boundaries. The blast in technical and communication advances has a fundamental concept that helps to work across borders.  Even though my employer is still tested to collaborate and share data, but people seem much  more open-minded in this regard with the advancement in social media.

As a management in the hair and beauty industry, it can be a bit challenge and often cause constraints. For instance, our salon operates in a specific environment, the leadership style, and influence on the behavior within the salon. The author (Power, 2012) states the natural tendency of establishments is to improve locally within the business unit or department, rather than improving the global customer experience or the enterprise. It creates structures and social orders that assist in the definition of the business and its purpose.

For an organization to be effective, it must

manage its’ four pillars of knowledge. These being

 Leadership, Organization, Technology, and Learning

(Joyce et al., 2014).   In history, the idea of working together is hardly documented as having any plan. Our

plan to improve the cross-organizational process, and

communication is focusing on change and variation

(Power, 2012).  The organization must provide a

customers at the highest level.  The organization's service isn't typical while  supporting the customers

at the highest level.  The team will need to have the ability to innovate and improving knowledge of

acquisition.

Therefore, we can’t leave out flexibility, as mentioned in my class discussion and ability to succeed and failures. In fact, every organization has a distinct organizational culture. We must be understanding and continue the minimum required arrangement with the cultures of the active organizations, and people are critical (The Kathmandu Post, 2019).
